Salon cancellation and no-show policy
Our commitment to you
We understand that life happens, and schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. We value your time and ask that you respect ours by reviewing our policies below. A consistent cancellation policy allows us to manage our schedule and provide high-quality services to all of our valued clients.
General cancellation and rescheduling
We require at least [24 or 48] hours' notice for any appointment cancellation or change.

No-show appointments
